Technical Training


All the personnel recruited to serve at every level of this provisional government must have access to training in the use of the organization’s software. Fully implementing the use of this software will be instrumental to the proper functioning of each administrative level as it forms. Adequate personnel must be available to provide this training as needed.

We hope that people with advanced technical expertise will read this proposal and take an interest in helping to move it forward.
